Courtney Blair

ZC Media was born out of necessity and willingness by the universe.
Rewind to 2014 When Courtney was pregnant, desperate for work, and unable to find it (people don’t like to hire pregnant women when they know they’ll soon need a couple of paid months off for maternity leave); she began contacting anyone and everyone she knew for work she could do from home. Lo-and-behold, someone had something for her to do. It was her dad. He had his own online business in the psychology realm, and he wanted to be featured on podcasts.
Since then we have represented over 400 entrepreneurs, authors, coaches, consultants, and all-around badasses from across the globe, and find them interviews with the COOLEST PODCASTERS ON EARTH.
Courtney is now the proud mother of a fierce 7-year-old. She has faced and overcome challenges that most wouldn’t dream of, and has entered a time of synchronicity and harmony in her life.
Courtney has come out and spoken publicly about the lessons and challenges that accompany dealing with mental health, trauma, addiction, and unhealthy coping mechanisms (and overcoming them). She has also spoken about mindset and its importance as an entrepreneur, life as a mompreneur, physical health and how it relates to your spirit and subconscious mind, NLP, primitive survival, nature & how it relates to your mental health, and much more.

Samantha Orozco is the Operations Manager and co-founder of ZC Media. She is a team leader who oversees outreach, composes proposals, and helps ZC build and maintain relationships with its ever-growing podcast network.
